About : Vern Windsor
A Dedicated Community Leader and Football Enthusiast Vern Windsor is a longtime resident of the Kansas City area, deeply committed to community service and the development of young athletes. With a career spanning 35 years at Ford Claycomo, Windsor has made a significant impact on the local workforce. Outside of his professional career, Windsor has been actively involved in various community organizations. He served on the executive board of the North Suburban Football League from 2005 to 2010, contributing to the growth and success of youth football in the region. Currently, he is a member of the Missouri Extension for Clay County and a member of the Liberty Park Board. Windsor's passion for football extends beyond his community involvement. He previously served as the Director of Football for the Urban League Sports Association, where he dedicated himself to mentoring and developing young athletes. In addition to his professional and community endeavors, Windsor enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife Elva, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also pursued public service by running for the Clay County Commission.
